Refund and Returns Policy

This Refund and Returns Policy governs all purchases made on www.blitzfunded.com, including evaluation program fees, account upgrades, and any other digital services offered by Blitz Funded LLC ("Blitz Funded," "we," "us," or "our"). By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Nature of Purchases

All purchases on the Blitz Funded platform are for access to digital performance evaluation programs and analytical tools. These are non-tangible, digital services that are delivered immediately upon purchase. Because access to the evaluation environment is granted instantly, all sales are generally considered final.

2. Refund Eligibility

Blitz Funded may, at its sole discretion, consider refund requests under the following limited circumstances:

• The evaluation program was not activated or accessed within 7 days of purchase and you have not submitted any analyses.
• A verified technical error on our platform prevented you from accessing the evaluation environment.
• A duplicate charge occurred due to a payment processing error.

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date. Requests submitted after this window will not be considered.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

• You have accessed the evaluation environment and submitted one or more analyses.
• You did not meet the performance benchmarks required to pass the evaluation.
• You violated the Platform's Terms and Conditions, resulting in account suspension or disqualification.
• You changed your mind after purchase or no longer wish to participate.
• Purchases made using promotional discount codes or during special offers are non-refundable.

4. How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request, contact our support team at [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request." Please include your full name, registered email address, order number, and a brief explanation of the reason for your request. We will respond within 3–5 business days.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times vary by payment provider but typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement. Blitz Funded is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment processor.

6. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Blitz Funded support, your account may be immediately suspended and you may be permanently banned from the platform. We encourage all users to resolve concerns directly with our support team before escalating to their payment provider.

7. Promotional Purchases

Evaluation accounts purchased using a promotional discount code are non-refundable. By applying a promo code at checkout, you acknowledge and accept this condition.
