By accessing or using any part of the www.blitzfunded.com website (the "Platform"), you ("User" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), which constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Blitz Funded LLC ("Blitz Funded," "we," "our," or "us"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

1. Nature of the Platform

Blitz Funded is a private U.S.-based sports analytics prop firm offering structured, skill-based performance evaluation programs for sports analysts. The Platform is designed to identify and fund talented analysts based on their demonstrated predictive accuracy and analytical consistency. The Platform is not a sportsbook, casino, gambling operator, or real-money wagering platform and does not accept, facilitate, or payout real-money wagers. All features operate within a simulated, performance-tracked environment using virtual "Performance Points," which hold no cash value and cannot be converted to or redeemed for money.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old and legally permitted to use this Platform in your jurisdiction. By registering, you confirm that all submitted information is accurate and that your participation does not violate any applicable law. You further agree to affirm your eligibility at registration via a required checkbox and acknowledge the legal restrictions of your jurisdiction.

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Keep your account information up to date.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account login details and password.
• Immediately notify Blitz Funded of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Performance Evaluations and Rewards

Blitz Funded's evaluation programs test analytical performance under rule-based conditions using simulated sports data. Performance-based rewards and funded analyst accounts are discretionary and based solely on completion of defined performance benchmarks. They are not guaranteed, not tied to individual sporting event outcomes, and not based on betting or wagering activity. KYC and compliance verification are required prior to any reward issuance.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• (i) use bots, automation, or algorithmic tools not disclosed to Blitz Funded;
• (ii) access the Platform via VPNs or false IP data to circumvent geographic restrictions;
• (iii) share or sell accounts;
• (iv) engage in behavior that mimics gambling, violates the Platform's Terms, or misrepresents analytical activity. Use of third-party signal services or mirrored accounts is also prohibited.

5. Restricted Jurisdictions

You may not use the Platform from jurisdictions where simulated skill contests or performance-based rewards are restricted. These include Washington, Montana, Idaho, Nevada, and any other region where prohibited by law. Blitz Funded reserves the right to restrict access, suspend accounts, or deny rewards if location falsification is detected.

6. Intellectual Property

All site content is the exclusive property of Blitz Funded LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any portion without prior written consent. Use of third-party sports data does not imply affiliation with any league, team, or operator.

7. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is." Blitz Funded makes no guarantees regarding evaluation outcomes, accuracy of data, or reward eligibility. No part of the Platform is a financial service, betting tool, investment mechanism, or income guarantee. Participation is entirely at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blitz Funded is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you within 90 days preceding the claim. No damages may exceed actual amounts paid.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Blitz Funded and its affiliates from any losses or liabilities arising from your use of the Platform, breach of these Terms, or violation of law.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following an update constitutes acceptance. The most current version will always be available on the Platform.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any dispute shall be resolved via binding arbitration in that state under the rules of the AAA. You waive the right to a jury trial or class action.
